Powerlifting & Strength Coaching

We offer both private and semi private coaching at City Strength HQ to help you reach your goals in the most efficient way possible. All clients go through an initial assessment to provide the best program and experience possible tailored to the individual on their powerlifting and strength training journey. 

Private Training Sessions

$80 per hour session

1-on-1 for the lifter that wants a little more assistance with their training. *limited availability*

  • one off training session
  • ongoing private coaching

Billed per session. No membership necessary. 

Supervised Coaching

$55 per week

Learn the fundamentals of powerlifting and become proficient in the squat, bench press and deadlift under the supervision of an experienced coach. 

  • Access to gym and all equipment during opening hours.
  • Semi private coaching during supervised hours (Mon – Fri 2-8pm)
  • Training program based on proven methods updated after every training block
  • Billed monthly via direct debit or credit card

Competition Coaching

$75 per week

Take your training to the next level and maximize your performance.

  • Access to gym and all equipment during opening hours.
  • Semi private coaching during supervised hours (Mon – Fri 2-8pm)
  • Individually tailored program based on specific goals and time frame
  • Weekly review of training program and feedback
  • After hours access to coaches via email or phone.  
  • Billed monthly via direct debit or credit card

*Concession rates (15% off) available for students, pensioners, medical, police, fire rescue and armed forces.
