If you are a first-time lifter or coach and you want to make sure you're well prepared or if you want a little refresher on the competition rules in Powerlifting Australia (IPF), this is for you! We will aim to answer all your questions and concerns to make comp day the best experience possible for you!
What we will address:
- General rules of Powerlifting
- What happens on comp day
- Referee calls in all three lifts
- Equipment (please bring your equipment if you want it checked)
