12 Week Powerlifting Essentials
Experience expert coaching in a small group environment (8 participants max) three times per week for 90 minutes each session.
You will learn:
- How to perform the competition specific Squat Bench and Deadlift
- Mobility and movement prep specific to the competition lifts
- How to safely spot your training partner
- Training recovery strategies
- Specific cuing (what do the cues mean)
- Raw powerlifting equipment use
- Programming Principles (block periodization)
Establish your 1 rep max for each of the competition lifts at the end of the program to set a baseline for continued individualised programing and powerlifting success
celebrate your new totals with a group dinner and drinks at the local pub.
