Private Training Sessions

  • For lifters seeking more personalized assistance, we offer 1-on-1 training with limited availability. Whether you're looking for a single one-off training session, ongoing private coaching, technique assessments, or a pre-competition check-up and consultation, we've got you covered.

  • from $100 per session, billed per session. No membership required.

Powerlifting Essentials

  • Learn the fundamentals of powerlifting and become proficient in the squat, bench press and deadlift under the supervision of an experienced coach in a fun inclusive environment >

    • Recommended for beginner lifters

    • Small group training (Tue, Wed, Fri 6pm - 7:30pm)

    • Training program based on proven methods updated after every training block

  • $70 per week. Billed weekly.

Competition Coaching

  • Take your training to the next level and maximise your performance.

    • Access to gym and all equipment during opening hours.

    • In-person coaching during supervised hours

    • Individually tailored program based on specific goals and time frame

    • Weekly review of your training program and feedback.

    • After-hours access to coaches via email or phone.

  • $85 per week, billed weekly. all access gym membership included.

Gym Memberships and Casual Visits

Gym Membership - $40

Billed weekly, cancel anytime, keyless gym access during member hours

Casual Visit - $30

One-off visit during staffed hours or with a current member
